What do you all specialize in?
JUGO specializes in juice cleanse packages, crafting over 20 flavors of cold-pressed juice blends good for a range of things from losing weight, lowering blood pressure, increasing fertility, eliminating disease and physical discomfort, acne, and so much more. We also offer nutritional education workshops and juicing/ plant based food demonstrations.
How to prepare for a juice cleanse?
Prepare your body by intermittent fasting at least a week prior. You should drink at least seven juices a day, one juice every two hours with lots of water in between. Any cleanse lasting longer than three days should also include solid foods in diet and you should
consult a physician.
Why Juice?
Juicing provides concentrated vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes that can boost energy, support immune function, and promote hydration. It's also a way to increase fruit and vegetable intake, particularly for those with sensitive digestive systems or difficulty eating whole produce.
